120kg 1x3 and 110kg 2x3 sort of paused lol , the 120kg being the final set just to get some pre fatigue from the 110kg โ†—๏ธ. Was pretty happy to finish the week off with this after the poor start ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

80kg for 3x6 nekid squats (set 3 and 1) - really chuffed with this considering how the week started after being off ill for 10 days as this is up 2.5kg from before I was ill (but it was quite a push to keep it technically sound RPE 8.5ish) ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

110kg for 4x4 beltless on the phresh Ohio bar today, hands will never be the same again ๐Ÿ˜ญ. Felt surprisingly ok even after being off so long, attempted sumo for my warmups but hip would jam. No bueno. Weird how my squat is miles wide and painfree (that's why I squat so wide to avoid the excruciating pinch I get otherwise) but sumo jams the hip ๐Ÿค”.

Aaron plz behave ๐Ÿ™ƒ. 80kg for 4x4 today (set 3 and 4 in video) felt god awful after not training for 10 days because of flue, 12.5kg behind what I had projected but can't expect these things just coming back after illness. 50kg for 5x3 on bench actually felt easy ๐Ÿค”. Just glad to be back training!

Another angle from Friday's 3x3 with 114kg for some paused deadlifts. Second and third rep the bar got away from me more than my stiff legged self could handle so the pauses were poor for this final set ๐Ÿ™ƒ.
