Worked up to a nice easy 285kg Squat too. Considering I'm deep in off season that's moving really well just now so exciting to see what happens with it

Just competed at WPC Europeans. Did a 340 Squat, 172.5 bench and 300 deadlift for a 812.5 total. Weighed in at 98.3kg without dieting so insanely happy how it's all went!! The goal was an 800 total to get me into another comp so nice to exceed that. 
I attempted a 350 Squat but sadly lost balance at the top so opten to rack it to stay safe instead of risking it. Sucks as that woyld have been the cherry on an awesome day but oh well. Huge thank you to @mairi.scobie for all the help over the weekend 😘

Last full week of training before WPC Europeans. Happy with how everything is moving although im a little beat up now, but should be fine for comp day. Considering these are all 5kg under my pb it's a good sign sign for things to come

Off exploring Winterfell, I think a lot was still damaged from the battle with the white walkers as a decent bit was off limits but still a really cool castle, worth going to see!

Had an amazing day at the @calgarybarbell  seminar with @taylor_cbb and @bryce_cbb both guys are insanely knowledgeable so taking a way a lot of good infomation and tips to put in practice in my own lifting!

For once I've actually done a diet and stuck to it, 10 weeks long and down 7kg in total from 102kg to 95kg. I actually have a feint outline of an ab or two now so am no longer a chunky mess 😂 competing in the 100s in 6 weeks so time to get the bulk back on and get juicy

Had a nice wee day at the Bpu North Wales qualifier for my first comp of the year. We're only 2 weeks into proper prep so im feeling super confident about hitting some big numbers in 14 weeks at Euros. Lifts today were 287.5 Squat, 150 Bench (was supposed to be higher but said wrong thing like a twat) and 275 deadlift. @jim_rts 
Also thanks to @gingerlifts for running the table and still filming for me, legend!!

Had a great seminar with @markmacqueen2 and @lukeerichardson today! Learned a lot of good tips and always good to hear their journeys and how dedicated you have to be to make it  as far as they have!

Obviously had to out angle them after though, I don't think you can notice the 45kg bodyweight difference...

Had a rough couple of weeks so not being dieting or training as normal. Gonna get back into it tomorrow so had to christen the mono and plates at @liftgymsuk before I do. Didn't move as smooth as I'd like but strength is holding okay so can't complain. Then had @skagtrendyx try and kill me on the leg kit after, walking is hard now lol

Just had a really good seminar with @jim_rts and @ivweissenberg today. Both incredibly knowledgeable people so I took away a lot of really good information and some good technical cues to work on. Im excited to try and put it all in practice now. Thanks to @oneperformanceuk for hosting too, you have a really cool gym!

Also worked up to some numbers on the comp lifts, considering I've been doing bodybuilding for 7-8 weeks and haven't touched the comp lifts my strength seems to be holding well which is good to see.

Competed today at the GPC European championships. Got a pb Squat and bench and 3rd place so not too bad but no where near what I'd hoped for. The conditions were brutal so just have to take what you can. Ended with a 325 Squat, 167.5 bench and 290 deadlift.
