Smoothies are a great option to replace a meal with if you don’t have time to cook. Also many people who are trying to put on weight don’t like eating big meals so shakes are a great way to get in you’re calories without feeling to full.
Most store bought shakes are loaded with sugar and chemicals. You are also not getting all the nutrients in Whole Foods.
Shakes can taste awesome and you can load them up with whatever you want! -
