75% of the time I create recipes myself, but sometimes I use social media to give me a nudge into a more creative direction when I am going mind blank or stuck in a food rut. This meal is an example of that!
I love seeing other people’s creativity and translating their recipes into something more specific to mine + my client’s nutritional/dietary needs.
Some accounts I follow that I absolutely love are @thefeedfeed and all of its variations, @thekitchn , @cookinglight , @realsimple , @food52 , + more. Thank you all for the inspiration!
Want a dinner in under 20 minutes? Duh! This adjusted recipe from below will be up with my week’s worth of meals this weekend on my YouTube channel @livingwithashley - I will be posting weekly #mealprep videos to show you a week-in-the-life in my kitchen.
