Today, I worked out for the first time in three days. Yep, I skipped workouts and took time off 🤷🏼♀️ Did it ruin my progress? No. Did it get me off track? Nope. Am I going to get frustrated and give up all together? HECK NO. Missing workouts is not a reason or excuse
It's okay to miss a few workouts
just condition your mind and get back on track!!
