How good it feels to return back to my regular practice. Even the tiniest of movements feel so good. This has been a long time coming after taking time out to heal and recover after being in and out of hospital. I am okay now :-) but wow it has been a journey. Practicing patience, embracing stillness and rest, moving slowly and listening to my body. A reminder of this precious gift of moving that we often take for granted.
