Rounding off this training block by hitting some singles at 9.5 RPE tonight. 
240kg for 1 followed by 2 AMRAPs at 192kg. 10 on the first set 6 on the second. 
Feels good to be making steady progress again especially with all the changes @results__gym__aberdeen  over the past few months. Working with @physio_stu  and sticking to the plan is paying off.

Hit some numbers tonight that this time last year I thought I would never go near again. 
After a year of working with @physio_stu we have gone from not being able to look at someone squatting without some serious discomfort to managing to squat 175kg for some easy singles. 
Very pleased and pleasantly surprised at my rate of progress.

If anyone has any issues I'd highly recommend hitting up @physio_stu
Although there are no magic fixes and you have to be willing to put in the work to get better.

Went very well despite having a mini meltdown due to finding out the saftey squat bar weighed 5kg less than I thought. 🙃

Video 2 - 140kgx1x12 first 8 reps in video.

Very happy with the fact that I managed to hit 12 reps at 140kg with no pain in my back or hip. This was a test to see how many I could manage and I had targeted 5. Squating without the box is starting to feel very natural again.

Finally got a chance to use some of our new @primalstrength_  monster racks. 
Did some velocity based testing with @physio_stu.
Went exceptionally well as have hardly trained for 8 weeks due to holiday, refurbing the gym and work commitments. 
150-155kg top set for a comfortable single without a box. 
Really happy with how the gym is turning out and still got plenty more toys to put in. 
Looking forward to being able to utilise all the new kit.
