A list of reasons why I shouldnt have gone 7.5kg shy of my 3RM for a top set of 3 (excuses) 😂
1) 13 hours with of sleep in 72 hours. Currently 11 hours short of the amount of sleep I should have.
2) 1,500 calories short of what I should have had over the last 2 days. Excuse for a pizza? Too right.
3) not to take a 30kg jump from last warm up single to a top triple. I'm no SHW. (Poor maths was to blame 😂) Pretty annoyed that I even attempted to go for this weight even though at the start of the week I was planning to hit 230kg knowing that I might be like this. Should have just swallowed my pride and left the ego at the door 😂
Chomping at the bit to hit 245kg for a triple next week after I've fully recovered and caught up on my food and sleep.
At least now I have some data. Lost roughly 7-10% of strength during night shifts based on my 2RM 😂
Did back off 4s with 210kg which were also quite hard.
