Every Olympic lift begins with your feet, and those poor lil puppies are stuck in shoes all day. And wanna hear something extra fun? If you don’t care for your feet, it could affect the mobility in your ankles, and even your calves. Here are three of my favorite things to care for the lower extremities!
▪️ Calf mobility with a lacrosse ball- from a seated position, place at the top of your ankle and sit back. Rock a 3-5 times, then move the ball upwards incrementally until it reaches the back of your knee.
▪️ Ankle stretch: place the tops of your feet down and just sit back and relax 🙃 maybe lean back onto your elbows if that feels okay in your body. Try holding for 1-2 minutes.
▪️ Fire toes: make sure all 10 of your toes are tucked under and then sit back on your heels. Try holding for 1-2 minutes. - 39 minutes ago
