I posted this picture yesterday In my Facebook group #wwlivinglifeontrack . The point in posting it was to show the purple sweater that I bought and got a great deal on. I also posted it on my YouTube community tab. I was absolutely floored by the number of DMs and comments I got that I need to stop losing weight! My goal from here is to lose 10 lb more. I am right in the middle of a healthy weight range for my height. I could actually lose more than 10 lbs and still be in a healthy weight range albeit I would be at the lower end. Sometimes I think people don't realize that it can be as upsetting for a person when they are told they're trying to lose too much weight as when you're being told you're too heavy. Since I've always been heavy I've never had a situation where someone says stop losing weight and is critical about it and almost makes you feel like you have some kind of body dysmorphia. I know me just like you know you. We know how to dress to hide the parts we would like to improve and accentuate what we love. By no means have I lost too much weight 😲 I'm totally, completely okay with anyone having an opinion and I do put myself out there so that is to be expected but some of the DMS I've gotten saying I have an eating disorder and I have body dysmorphia and need help...... No. Please be aware of being critical of other people's healthy lifestyle path whether it's too heavy or too skinny. It cuts both ways. I love looking at my journey this way, for me it switched my mind shift from “ugh need to lose 22 more pounds” to “22 pounds until I win!”
