One small mindset tweak changed everything. I started using the word โ€œ๐ ๐ž๐ญโ€. I ๐‘”๐‘’๐‘ก to workout ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ, I ๐‘”๐‘’๐‘ก to eat healthy๐Ÿฅ‘, I ๐‘”๐‘’๐‘ก to cook my own meals ๐Ÿฅ™, I ๐‘”๐‘’๐‘ก to drink a lot of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ. Iโ€™m fortunate enough to live where I have access to clean water, healthy food, electricity. Iโ€™m fortunate and healthy enough to be able to move my body daily. The #galileomachine  stimulates the neuromuscular system by inducing the โ€œstretch reflexโ€. The stretch reflex is a protective mechanism for the muscles to prevent tearing, and for maintaining postural alignment. This pre-programmed response is in constant action as you move, countering any shifts in posture.

Contrast that to 40-50% used during typical resistance training.

All the stretching today! My upper back is so irritated. Iโ€™m having difficulty sleeping, laying, sitting, standing, itโ€™s pulling into the right side of my neck and shooting down my right arm. I did my freeflow today and yesterday and a DO adjust me. Sore today. Hopefully on the mend. โ€ข
