Bryce was feeling nostalgic today and asked me to do a #transformationtuesday on this epic bathroom remodel from the Georgia House, which is now an AirBnb rental 🥳
One big question we are asked is, “How much work does it ACTUALLY take to run a profitable AirBNB?” The answer is kind of two-fold. If you want to half-ass it and just get it up there and available to rent, you just need to furnish the place and make it look presentable.
But, if you want to have a fully booked place with raving reviews, and the chance to get recognized as a superior listing on the site, it does take some time. Bryce is constantly communicating with guests and prospective guests, making sure their booking experience and their stay is as seamless as possible. If there’s ever anything wrong with the house, it’s drop-everything-and-fix-it.
Running these rental properties hasn’t been the emotional toll and time suck that flipping was, but it certainly takes a LOT of leg work to get it done right.
Bryce has been busy getting two other small properties up and running, and it’s fun to watch him ease into his proven process! - 2 hours ago
