Weigh in Wednesday!
So since I have been eating healthier and drinking all the water I have lost 4 pounds! #whoopwhoop I’m feeling a bit bloated today - thank you Mother Nature - but still think I’m rocking this!
I have been getting my workouts in and feeling good about it. I have definitely had cookies, ice cream and wine during the past week - and still lost weight. It’s amazing what a real balance can do for you!
I’m proud of my weigh in Wednesday today! I have a fit club going on where we support each other, cheer each other on and congratulate each other.
