“Herbs & Spices” at @tommybahamarestaurant @tbahama was a six course dinner with wine pairing prepared by Tommy Bahama Waikiki’s Executive Sous Chef Yan Aung. You will revel in Chef’s modern rendition of popular dishes found in Burmese cuisine such as a tea leaf salad in the Tea & Tea course, the Tom Yum Pla a hot and sour broth with fragrant herbs and spices, and to end with the Tapioca & Coconut course, which are common ingredients found in many South East Asian desserts.
From the beginning, I knew this event was gonna be lit because the atmosphere felt luxurious, yet casual at the same time and the salad was phenomenal. So many flavors bursting onto my tastebuds. Big shout out to @ragrinds for coordinating this fantastic fun private event. You da best!
