๐ŸฅŸ Tofu Bokchoy Potstickers! ๐Ÿ“ท by @woon.heng ๐Ÿšจ๐ŸšจRecipe: ~ 1/2 block of firm tofu, drained and pat dry and cut into small cubesโ €
~ 8 caps of Chinese mushrooms, soaked until soft, choppedโ €
~ 2 tsp black bean sauce (substitute with 2 tsp soy sauce + 1/2 tsp maple syrup)โ €
~ 1lb bok choy, washed and julienned into thin stripsโ €
~ 1 package of dumpling wrapperโ €
~ sesame oilโ €
~ salt and pepper to tasteโ €
โ €
Place julienned bok choy in a large bowl with 1/2 tsp salt, using your hands, gently fold all the veggies together. Set aside for 15-20mins. In a heated pan with 1tsp oil, saute mushrooms until lightly brown, add black bean sauce and stir until well combined, set aside and pan fry tofu cubes until lightly brown. Place both ingredients in a big bowl.โ €
Using a cheesecloth or just with your palms, squeeze as much liquid out as possible from your bok choy. Add to your tofu mixture, combine well & season.โ €
Place a dollop of mixture in the middle of your wrapper, moisten side with water and pleat to seal. Repeat until you are done with your mixture and then pan fry them. In a heated pan with oil, place dumpling, bottom side down and cook until brownish, add enough boiling water to cover part of the dumpling, cover lid. Turn heat to low-medium and let simmer until all water is absorbed. Serve with gingery black vinegar and chili.โ €

Recipe for 14 balls
.
Ingredients:
Bliss balls: 
120g raw cashews 
60g raw macadamia nuts
4 Tbsp. desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
4 Tbsp. maple syrup or raw agave
Pinch of good salt 
14 frozen raspberries .
.
Chocolate:
100g raw cacao butter 
30g raw cacao powder 
2-3 Tbsp. maple syrup or raw agave
Pinch of good salt
Or 
100g vegan dark chocolate .
.
Coating:
1/2-3/4 cup  desiccated coconut .
.
Method:
1. Place cashew nuts , macadamia nuts, coconut, and salt in a food processor. Process until it resembles fine crumbs.
2. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup and process until it comes together.
3. Put one tablespoon of the filling on your palm. Place one frozen raspberry in the middle and roll it  into a small ball and put on a tray. Repeat the same process for the remaining filling. Put them in the fridge.
4. Place every ingredient for the chocolate (or chopped chocolate) in a medium bowl. Melt it using a double boiler method.
5. Place dessicated coconut in a small bowl.
6. Dip the balls in the chocolate and roll in the prepared coconut. Store in the fridge.

- Ingredients:
โ—1/4 cup buckwheat, soaked in freshly brewed โ—@rawessentialstea Sleep Tea overnight (reserve 1/4 cup of leftover soaking tea and drink the rest!)
โ—1 scoop (2 tbsp) vanilla protein powder๏ฟฝ โ—1/4 cup strawberries๏ฟฝ
โ—1/2 tsp stevia (I used @natvialiving)๏ฟฝ
โ—1 tbsp soy milk, if needed
1. Blend all ingredients, including the reserved 1/4 cup tea, in a high-speed blender until smooth.
2. Serve smoothie with coconut yoghurt, muesli, and another mug of @rawessentialstea Sleep Tea!

Ingredients: (similar to my fried wonton recipe but without walnuts):โ 
~ 2 lbs of bok choy, washed and juliennedโ 
~ 1 package of wonton/dumpling wrapperโ 
~ 1 box of firm tofu, drained & mashedโ 
~ 1/4 cup of saute mushroomsโ 
~ 1 tablespoon black bean sauceโ 
~ 1 tablespoon corn starchโ 
~ salt to tasteโ 
~ oilโ 
Spicy sauce (whisk all ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves):โ 
~ 3 tablespoons soy sauceโ 
~ 2 tablespoon chili oil with chili crumbsโ 
~ 1 tablespoon sesame oilโ 
~ 1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegarโ 
~ 1 teaspoon grated gingerโ 
~ 1 teaspoon sugarโ 
๐Ÿƒโ 
Place julienned bok choy in a large bowl with 2 tsp salt, using your hands, gently massage salt into veggies. Set aside for 15-20mins. In a heated pan with 1 tsp oil, sautรฉ mushrooms until lightly brown, add black bean sauce and stir until well combined, set aside and pan fry mashed tofu for 2 minutes (or until brown), season with salt. Place both ingredients in a big bowl.โ

Using a cheesecloth or just with your palms, squeeze as much liquid out as possible from your bok choy. Add tofu mixture, ๐ŸŒฝ starch, combine well & season if needed.โ
