🥞PANQUECAS DE ARROZ

Aqui está uma receita de panquecas sem os ingredientes mais prováveis: sem glúten, sem lactose, sem ovos e sem açúcar adicionado! 💁🏻‍♀️ Esta receita rende 6 mini panquecas, e podem comer fria ou quente. Leva para o trabalho é uma boa opção, por exemplo. 🔸Ingredientes
1 chávena de farinha de arroz
1/2 chávena de bebida vegetal s/ açúcar 
1 c café fermento
1 c sopa canela em pó 
1 banana madura pequena 🔸Modo de preparação
Esmagar a banana muito bem. Juntar a farinha e os restantes ingredientes. Misturar tudo e levar a uma frigideira antiaderente até esgotar a massa.

Having some days off from work so i've started my day with a very nice 13.2km morningrun!🏃🏼‍♀️ #beststartfortheday
My body is everywhere sore from the workouts in the last days but i'm honestly not mad about it🙈
Anyway, sharing with you today those heavenly pancakes which i've had last weekend😋🥞 Topped them with some yellow plums and they were so yummy!🤤

Ich habe ein paar Tage frei also wurde der Tag mit eknem schönen 13.2km Lauf gestartet💪🏻 Ich hab auch fast überall am Körper Muskelkater muss ich sagen, deswegen ist es grad gut dass ich heute mal nicht ins Gym gehe😅 Aber Muskelkater finde ich eigentlich gar nicht so schlimm😁
Oben seht ihr übrigends ein paar Pancakes die ich am Samstag gemacht habe😋 Hab sie auch mit dem veganen Proteinpulver von @nu3_de und dem Backprotein von @unser_pflaenzchen gemacht für eine extra Portion Protein🤗

Kādreiz kàdā diskusijā par bērnu ēšanas paradumiem, izskanēja viedoklis par to, ka bērni daudz ko - precīzāk dārzeņus, neēd tāpēc; ka paši vecāki to nedara vai tāpēc, ka mamma nemāk garšīgi pagatavot! 🤔 Vēl tagad atceros šo diskusiju brīžos, kad ar bērniem cīnos par dārzeņu ēšanu... lai gan viņi prot nosaukt gandrīz visus veikala pieejamos dārzeņus, ar to ēšanu viņi nebūt nesteidzas un nav tā, ka no rīta brokastīs prasa brokoli vai ķirbji, visbiežāk man nākas likt lietā izdomu un viltību, lai sos brīnumus kaut kā paslēptu ēdienā. Ērtākais veids kā iebarot zaļumus, protams, ir kokteilis, bet ķirbim pagaidām labākais risinājums, mūsmājās, ir kēksiņi vai pankūkas. Nu nav lielāka prieka par to, kā skatīties, ka bērns ēd ķirbi. 😂 
Šīs pankūkas ir ļoti viegli un ātri pagatavojamas, tikai pirms tam vajag sagatavot ķirbju biezeni. 
Sastāvdaļas:
• 250 g milti;
• 1 ĒK + 1 TK cepamais pulveris;
• 1 TK sāls;
• 1 ½ TK kanēlis;
• ¾ TK malts ingvers;
• ¼ TK rīvēts muskatrieksts;
• 1/8 TK maltas krustnagliņas;
• 360 ml sojas piens;
• 1 ½ TK ābolu etiķis;
• 120 ml ķirbju biezenis;
• 52 g kokosriekstu eļļa (izkausēta) vai jebkura cita augu eļļa • 1 TK vaniļas ekstrakts;
Pagatavošana:
1. Nelielā bļodā samaisa sojas pienu ar ābolu etiķi. 
2. Citā bļodā samaisa sausās sastāvdaļas: miltus, cepamo pulveri, garšvielas un sāli.
2. Sojas piena un ābolu etiķa maisījumu pievieno izkausētai kokosriekstu eļļai, ūdenim, ķirbju biezenim, kļavu sīrupam un vaniļas ekstraktam. Pievieno arī sausās sastāvdaļas un maisa, kamēr tiek iegūta vienmērīga mīklas konsistence. Ja vajag pievieno vēl sojas pienu.  Atkarība no tā vai cepsiet plānās vai mazās pankūkas.
3.Cep pankūkas no abām pusēm.

Now I know you want some, because who can resist a breakfast fit for a king (or queen 👸🏼).
Yesterday I took an afternoon out to go to my boyfriends graduation 👨‍🎓 and as much as he won’t want me to say it I am SO proud of him for competing his degree & achieving so much over the last 3y! Plus it’s definitely spurring me on to do the best in my final year too and he’s been a rock to me so far 💪🏻❣️

85 grammi albume d'uovo
Cacao amaro 
Skir ( è un formaggio yogurt olandese buonissimo ricco di proteine e zero grassi lo trovate in qualsiasi supermercato. .
Poi ho aggiunto delle nelle cotte!!!
L'impasto fatelo solo con farina d'avena e albume con il resto lo guarnite!!!!
È buonissimo 😊💪

Ieri sera ho aperto il frigo in cerca di qualcosa da cucinare per cena e ho trovato il lievito madre che chiedeva anche lui cibo 😳

Che ricetta zero sbatti fare con l'esubero?? I pancake ovviamente!!

Quindi ieri sera ho sciolto 50gr di lievito madre non rifrescato ma a temperatura ambiente in 50gr di acqua, ho aggiunto circa 100gr di farina semi integrale, un cucchiaino di zucchero e altri 40gr di acqua, mescolando sempre con una frusta. La consistenza deve essere fluida ma compatta! L'ho lasciato un'oretta a riposo e poi l'ho messo in frigo tutta notte! Stamattina quando sono andata a dargli il buongiorno era un composto moooolto soffice 😍😍😍 e quindi via di pancake!! (Dosi per 2 persone!)

I miei li ho farciti con cremina al cacao amaro (5gr di cacao amaro e acqua qb), sciroppo d'acero, cocco rapé e melograno!

🍁 Pancakes 🍁 Ogromna wieża puszystych placuszków z przepisu od niezawodnej i wszystkim dobrze znanej @jadlonomia z kremem budyniowym, plasterkami banana, borówkami i syropem klonowym. _____ 🍁 Cudowny przepis na zbliżające się leniwe weekendowe poranki. High Fibre Food! Keeping in line with CANCER PREVENTION FOODS: it becomes crucial to consume high fibre (i.e. essentially slow metabolising carbs) each day. When you add and consume 50% of fibre on your plate you lower your risk of ailments almost by 75% (I'd take that any day). I made this cauliflower pancake (tikki) on a bed of Delhi Style Punjabi Mattar (Swipe right) and on bed of salad. I ate it as a meal, both ways😍. It was yumm and literally 10 minute job. C'mon we all have 10 minutes to spare (it's for your own good). Most cancer patients I've worked with (post discovery) have told me, they were too busy to cook, too busy to care to eat right & think work (home or office) is their only priority 😖😓 (among many other factors). It's important to work on these situations; remember:
👉🏼Your self care begins with YOUR FOOD (first and foremost), your thoughts, intentions (check, if you're complaining often, not finding solutions, feel guilty or want to sabotage) and your actions (are they aligned with what you truly want). 👉🏼Eating right for your body is not time consuming (what's your priority?. Almost all the cancer patients I've dealt with told me they don't have time to cook cause they are busy working. Guess what, we all are! It's not a "busy-ness competition. Some of the highest productive folks in the world, yes who make a lot of money as well, eat right.) 👉🏼Eating right is tasty. (It truly is. You just have to be mindful about what you put in your food). 👉🏼 You get anxious about your time just by thinking about either the past or the future, never being active in the current moment (where you can eat right, prep your meal). Why don't you give this recipe a go,? 🍘💞💞Savory Cauli Pancakes/Tikkis🍘

Simply grate 1/2 cup of cauliflower, garlic, finely chopped green chilies, coriander along with pinch size coriander powder, pinch size chili powder and salt to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of oats flour with 1/2 teaspoon of water to roll these up into balls and flatten as cakes. Bake them or pan sear with teaspoon of of olive oil.

These turned out so light & fluffy!! Recipe:
▪️40g @evolve_nutrition_ chocolate vegan protein powder
◾️2 egg whites
◾️2 Tblspn milk
◾️2 Tblspn @noshufoods sugar free chocolate chips
◾️2 Tblspn salty caramel @natvialiving sauce
◾️1 Tblspn flour
▪️1 tsp stevia
◾️1 tsp vanilla extract
◾️1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Whisk all together in a bowl.
2️⃣Cook on a medium heat pan for about 1 minute each side.
3️⃣Top with choice of toppings. My choice was: @natvialiving chocolate & salty caramel sauce, PB2 mixed with salty caramel sauce, blueberries and a few more chocolate chips 😉 #yum
