I topped it with some blueberries, kiwi, apricot jam, natural peanutbutter (also from dm, it has such a great consistency, totally recommend!), chia seeds, amaranth puffs, goji berries and 2 brazil nuts for selenium recomended daily intake.

Recipe⏬ (serves 2-4 people)
2 cups rolled oats
4 cups water
Pinch of sea salt
Cook on stovetop or in instapot on the porridge setting, set to low for 5 min.
When oats are cooked, keep warm.

To make the berry chia jam, add 2 cups frozen berries, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 2 tbsp of chia seeds to a pan on medium heat and heat through, stirring often. Place the lid on and allow to summer for about 10 minutes, stirring and checking every few minutes are so! When jam is nice and thick and all cooked through, turn off the heat and allow to cool.

For the milk, add 1 cup plant milk (I used oatly) to a blender, along with 2 tbsp almond nut butter and 1 banana. Blend on high until smooth. Add the milk to the oats and give a good stir!

Assemble the bowl by adding in the oatmeal, top with berry chia jam and drizzle with some almond butter, then apply to face 😉🌱🤗

How about some apple pie oats to start your day? 🍎 This bowl always does it for me this time of year. Right balance of flavor and never disappoints when I want something fun for breakfast. 🥣

Apple Pie Oatmeal
1/2 cup quick oats
1 small diced apple 
1 tbsp ground flaxseed 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of salt
1 date, pitted and diced 
1 cup almond milk 🥣

Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook for about 3-4 minutes to allow apples to get tender. Feel free to adjust seasoning or sweetness as desired. Then top with extra cooked apple. I cooked some of the slices with a little more date syrup and a pinch of salt until they softened slightly (about 2-3 minutes). 🤤 I used date syrup from @soomfoods. Discounts for it are in my profile. :)

💛 OVERNIGHT BUCKWHEAT GROATS 💛 This is a spin-off from overnight oats which are a hit in my home! They help fulfill that evening sweet tooth so many of us experience.

Since this dish is kept in the fridge, I’ve been heating it over a low-medium heat with a T of coconut oil to warm it up on chilly mornings. ∘ 1 cup of dried buckwheat
∘ 2 cups of almond milk
∘ 2 T chopped raw nuts of choice ∘ 2 tsp chia seeds
∘ 2 T nut butter
∘ 1 Banana
∘ Cinnamon to taste
∘ Coconut oil (for warming)

Soak the buckwheat in water for 12 hours. Drain and split into 2 separate glass jars (I use 2x 16 oz). Add the chopped nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, nut butter. Fill jar with milk until just covered and shake, then keep in the fridge overnight. Serve cold or warm topped with a sliced banana. 🍌

We’ve been obsessing over @choosingchia’s food blog! Her recipes are simple, easy and incredibly tasty. So we thought of sharing with you guys + giving her a shoutout for helping us get through this lazy Thursday with her Banana Cream Pie Chia Pudding - oh yes!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup chia seeds 
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup almond milk (She uses homemade almond milk)
1 tbsp agave (maple syrup works too)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, mashed
1 banana, chopped (to top)
coconut flakes (to top)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INSTRUCTIONS
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and mashed banana together in a bowl. Whisk until mixed well.
2. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 1 hour until the consistency hardens
3. Plate the chia puddings into 2 cups topped with chopped bananas and coconut chips.
