Juice fasting can be a beautiful, nourishing tool to improve your health, clarity and sense of connection to self and your spiritual life. It can allow you to go deeper into cleansing your body, breaking down acidic waste matter and rejuvenating your body at a cellular level.
Around 70% of your energy every day is spent on digestion alone, so when you are eating 3 meals a day plus snacks, you are rarely giving your body a chance to direct energy to deeply cleansing the body and drawing up old acidic waste that is likely causing a whole host of symptoms. .
On our Deep Cleanse option, solid or blended foods are not consumed, as the fiber content activates digestion which is avoided during fasting. You will consume only liquids such as coconut water, homemade ginger pandan lemongrass tea, cold pressed fruit and vegetable juices and strained vegetable broth, along with herbal supplements to support your digestive health.
On our Light Cleanse option, you are on an all-living foods diet. This includes a combination of fresh juices, soups, delicious plant based meals & raw fresh salads, plus some nuts & seeds to nourish your body whilst giving it a chance to do some much needed internal cleansing. On this program, the rate of detoxification is slowed down. This is recommended especially if you are just coming off a standard heavy diet (fast foods, processed foods, lots of sugar and fat) and do not want to detox so quickly. .
