Proper form and correct lifting technique should be (in my opinion) the most important aspect of every training session. Here’s why;

If your form is poor you can get stuck in a rut progression wise, due to constant injury and frustration! If you’re struggling with any new exercise (or old one with bad form) do yourself a favour! LIGHTEN THE WEIGHT AND FOCUS ON YOUR FORM!
