Everyday people ask about what I eat and what I think they should eat. All of our bodies are different. I used to be big on breakfast. Then I started intermittent fasting which worked for me. I wake up so early that I started to need something not too heavy that would hold me through my morning clients and morning workouts. No I’ve never had coffee before and never will 🤷🏿♂️
Now in the beginning of each week, @britneymcruz makes overnight oats that I’m able to wake up grab and go on the way out. This has worked well for me in so many ways. Definitely holds me until 12/1pm. Delicious and doesn’t have me feeling stuffed but sufficient! .
