What's been your best meal of the year so far?
Mine was a lunch of small plates at Darsham Nurseries in Suffolk. We had a mix of veggie and meat dishes - I loved the Burrata with Pumpkin Puree and Roasted Chillies, and the Watermelon and Cucumber Salad was a winner. This, though, stole the show. Impossibly tender Mutton on a Chickpea Puree with Pickled Cabbage. This place was SO good I'm considering the nearly five hour round trip just for another lunch... - 51 seconds ago
