@monatofficial isn't the only thing emerging.
I have been on a serious journey lately. It started with my depression. I was struggling with self hate and comparison for a year.
I felt lonely and "behind" and those thoughts spiraled into over eating and never leaving my house. I'm a 4w3- so I can get pretty moody - but my wing 3 pushes me into ambition - allowing me to show up even on days i feel useless.
But this past spring / I realized that I had to do something. I couldn't keep letting the days get away from me. I had to get help.
So i hired a counselor, nutritionist and personal trainer, and invested into my mental health. I started getting out of the house to work out and dance. I used my desire to talk about my business - to force me to build connections rather than just stay home crying all day.
And you know what happened?
My depression subsided and my confidence boosted.
I have never felt so beautiful, sexy, and confident as I do now. And let me tell you, I don't ever feel "sexy". I'm more of a; "oh she's so cute" kinda girl. Not "sexy". But because of my new self care routines - which include weekly hair pampering and counseling sessions, spiritual teachings, and working out - LEXIE is emerging into the world.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
If you feel out of sorts - take a moment to practice self love. Watch Disney movies, do what makes you happy, get outdoors, hire a coach, heck - buy some new beauty products (I got a EPIC sale for you till Sunday! So DM me to get your hair routine poppin!) But pour back INTO YOU. Do what makes you feel ALIVE. You deserve it.
SAVE this for those moments you need a reminder that you're worth it! And so you can remember the self care tips below.✨ What's your favorite way to practice self care? Let's help each other out. 💛💛 - 34 minutes ago
