This is a very basic move, but usually the feet are too far apart, the depth of the seuat is too shallow, they only do squats on the bench or lean too far forward, crouching. The squat is a giant thigh movement, but it should be done correctly. " "To start with, the stick is placed high on the shoulders, at the top of the traps. I put my hands on the stick about halfway between the plates and the body. My feet are about shoulder width apart, my fingers slightly pointed out. Now I am experimenting with very close heels, which has an excellent effect on the shape of my thighs. Your head should be kept Take a deep breath and slowly lower yourself completely down, letting your knees straighten straight above your toes. Don't bounce below. „Niesamowite dla mnie jest to, że większość kulturystów nie przysiada prawidłowo. Patrzę, jak faceci przysiadają, a 80 procent nie wykonuje prawidłowego ruchu. To bardzo podstawowy ruch, ale zazwyczaj stopy są zbyt daleko od siebie, głębokość przysiady jest zbyt płytka, robią tylko przysiady na ławce lub pochylają się zbytnio do przodu, kucając. Przysiad jest gigantycznym ruchem uda, ale należy to zrobić poprawnie ”. „Na początek drążek jest umieszczony wysoko na ramionach, u góry pułapek. Kładę dłonie na drążku mniej więcej w połowie odległości między płytkami a ciałem. Moje stopy są ustawione mniej więcej na szerokość ramion, palce lekko spiczaste na zewnątrz. Weź głęboki oddech i powoli opuść się całkowicie w dół, pozwalając kolanom wyprostować się bezpośrednio nad palcami u stóp. Nie odbijaj się na dole. Trzymaj się mocno w niskiej pozycji, co oznacza napięcie mięśni pleców i tułowia. Wróć do pozycji wyjściowej, uważając, aby nie pochylić się do przodu i powtórz wymaganą liczbę powtórzeń.

Po dobrym przysiadach czuję się bardzo zdyszany i mam trudności z normalnym chodzeniem. Istnieje ogromna chęć usiąść, ale opieram się pokusie. Nigdy nie usiądę. Zamiast tego będę chodził po siłowni, aby utrzymać krążenie krwi. Pomaga mi to szybciej wrócić do następnego zestawu.

Kolejnym czynnikiem budującym dobre uda jest rozciąganie, które wykonuję przed każdym treningiem. Dzięki temu jestem bardzo elastyczny i uważam, że elastyczność jest niezbędna do budowy dobrej tkanki mięśniowej. Robię dwa podstawowe odcinki - odcinek płotki na przednich i tylnych nogach oraz odcinek krzywdzący z prostymi nogami, stojąc na płaskiej ławce „

SWING HARDSTYLE 
È il fondamento di un allenamento efficace con i kettlebell
✅ migliora la capacità cardiorespiratoria, la potenza e la resistenza ✅ ottimo transfer nella preparazione atletica ✅ “terapeutico” per dolori alla bassa schiena e quando si arrabbiati per scaricare 🤪

Ma solo se eseguito correttamente! 
Lo SWING HARDSTYLE ha un movimento d’anca, hip hinge: se non sentite la tensione su i glutei non state svolgendo correttamente lo swing. 
Nel video le mie ultime 2 serie di questa mattina: avevo poco tempo, fastidio al piriforme, poca motivazione e sì anche le paxxe girate.... sicuramente ci sono miglioramenti, ma è TECNICO e SICURO. QUINDI EFFICACE

Some slow and steady get up singles with the 24kg for training last night... only I can still have aggressively sweaty hands when it’s 20 degrees out and snowing 🌨.

It’s the last week of my program with @ironbodybyartemis, and if I was a betting woman, I’d bet I will still be doing a get up variation and pull ups every day in the next 6 weeks 😬💪. The past 3 years, she’s taught me a thing or two (or a gazillion) and one of those things is “do your get ups and pull every day”
. 
I train alone 99% of the time and something strange happens and I almost eat a bell 98% of the time (what’s that math ? 🤓). I know I have a potty mouth, but I thought I was gonna eat it on that transition 😳. Word to the wise, take it slow, focus and if that bells coming down -get the hell out of the way.

Here’s a quick look at our Strength & Conditioning class... It’s more like semi-private training in that people are either doing individualized programs or the daily kettlebell workout posted on the whiteboard. Meanwhile a coach floats around the room instructing, encouraging and spotting as necessary. 
This is a typical scene - a 76 year old grandmother doing Power4 deadlifts, while a 15 year old girl does the Pull Up Progressions workout, while her father lifts kettlebells in the background alongside another family of 3. There’s also a good possibility there’s a wrestler in the room, some sort of doctor, a supplement company CEO and at least one mom. It’s a like one big strong family!
