Tis’ the season for PB and J porridge bowls 😜. Actually, who am I kidding, it’s always the season for PB and J porridge. I used to shy away from fats (yep, believe it or not, nut butters were a big fear of mine), but now, as you can see, I love them. My body and mind feel so much better when they are truly nourished - fats are now definitely part of every meal, as they not only make things taste SO much better, but they also ensure that the meal is truly satisfying. So tell me, what’s your favourite nut? Either as a nut butter or just as a solo crunch? 🐿. Deets: chunky cinnamon & vanilla porridge (jumbo oats, flaxseed, vanilla protein, cinnamon, a pinch of salt + soya milk cooked stove top) topped with lots of strawberry jam, peanut butter and a big dollop of Greek yoghurt.
