• Single leg stability! ⛹🏻‍♂️ Here We have a pro baller who competes in the QBL 🏀 Due to a chronic ankle injury, we are targeting single leg strength and stability utilizing progressions of reactive neuromuscular training.
These movements help develop ankle and knee proprioceptive pathways which enhances stability while on a single limb. 
The tension from the band forces the athlete to control the muscles around the ankle joint which will strengthen and improve control of involuntary movements.
