When your low back hurts, your core muscles can sometime try to protect it by not stabilizing as much as they usually do. Weird things happen in response to pain!
To help your back feel better, try using the dead bug! The 3 keys to doing this exercise are:
1️⃣ Keep your ribs down. Let your low back melt down flat to the ground.
2️⃣BREATHE. Hold the end position for a deep breath to really feel your body stabilize.
3️⃣ Play around with which arms/legs are moving. Your body loves movement, and wants to explore new and challenging things. Enjoy looking a little silly, and exploring a new movement/exercise!
