Day 5 of my bone broth cleanse is going strong 🦴☕️💪🏻
I started this cleanse because for YEARS I have been having horrible digestion & bloating issues. It was causing me major brain fog, I was constantly tired, in pain, and I didn’t feel like myself.
So far I am down 6.6 pounds, I have so much more energy, my acne/acne scars have gone down so much, my skin is brighter, my wrinkles are reducing & I feel like I am finally feeling like me again🙌🏻
This cleanse consists of 40 Oz of bone broth a day, low sugar fruits, non starchy veggies, lean grass fed protein, grains, zero caffeine, & fermented foods. Basically it’s like a whole 30/paleo diet! I haven’t eaten this clean... EVER! The only things I have been missing is my liquid sunshine (pre workout) & toast with PB! But overall I feel great!!
✨Here are some tips for you babes to help you reset your gut✨
💛HYDRATE! Get a reusable water bottle with a straw and you will easily get down 1 gallon of water a day! Make sure the water is room temperature🙌🏻
💛FAST! If you are feeling full/gassy/in pain the best thing you can do for your gut is to fast & give it time to heal
💛BONE BROTH! At least 1 cup a day! It’s full of collagen & promotes healing, it’s also full of amino acids & will help repair your system!
💛EAT ANTI INFLAMMATORY FOODS! When your body is inflamed this causes acne, bloating, heart burn & indigestion.
💛ELIMINATE CAFFEINE! Sorry coffee lovers but caffeine messes with our pH levels. Opt for green tea or a turmeric latte!
💛FERMENTED FOODS! They are loaded with cultures of beneficial bacteria which helps with digestion, inflammation & supports your immune system!
💛STOP STRESSING! If you’re stressed then your gut will be stressed! I recommend doing at least 1 thing a day to help you de stress. I love starting my mornings off with meditation & journaling to help me get back into alignment🙌🏻
