Egg omelette with 🍞 edges rosemary n thyme 
An 🥚 is one of the simplest source for healthy & quick breakfast 🍳. Today’s eggs are primarily filled with edges of the 🍞.... Ingredients;
*Chopped edges of 4 bread slices * 1 medium or small size tomato 🍅 roughly chopped * 1 green chilli * Cilantro or parsley roughly chopped * Add crushed black pepper * Salt to taste * 1 tbsp milk 🥛 * 2 🥚 eggs
* Olive oil & Pan
* Fresh rosemary * Fresh thyme 
Method :
1. Cut the edges of bread 🍞 slice 
2. Add all in ingredients except milk in a medium size bowl
3. Mix it thou roughly 
4. Add milk in the last 
6. Heat a pan, add olive oil or butter
7. Pour the mixture to a pan
8. Cover with a lid
9. Let it cook for 2 minutes on one side
10. After two@minutes, turn it upside down
11. Enjoy with your favourite 🧀, grated or slice or shredded 
Note : Since it already contains chopped pieces of bread, you can simply have it with sauce or ketchup.

Fenchel-Orangen Salat mit Kresse - ein Salat für Festtage! Hobel einen Fenchel fein und filetiere eine Orange. Richte beides auf einem Teller an. Nun gib  das Dressing aus reichlich Olivenöl, Salz, etwas Zitronensaft und aus Orangensaft,  der beim filletieren anfällt darüber. Um es geschmacklich abzurunden gebe ich ein klein wenig Reissirup mit ins Dressing, du kannst aber auch ein anderes Süßungsmittel verwenden. Wenn du das Dressing über den Salat gegeben hast, lass es ein paar Minuten durchziehen. Zum Schluss gibst du Kresse darauf. Jetzt ist der Salat mariniert und schmeckt schön frisch 🌿 Fennel-orange salad with cress - a salad for christmas. Slice a fennel and fillet an orange. Put both on a plate. Now you make the dressing from plenty of olive oil, salt, a little lemon juice and orange juice, which accumulates during filleting. When I got back home after some  morning  shopping I was super hungry. I open the fridge and pick few veggies.I  quickly dice the iceberg lettuce, carrots, tomato and basil leaves. Before dicing the veggies I place some brown bread on a hot tawa for a crisp  toast.
I assemble the veggies,brown bread along with  cooked shredded  chicken on a plate and toss it with few tbsp of caeser salad dressing for a creamy taste.

⁣Leaving this super easy recipe with you 👇🏻⁣
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
⁣Ingredients⁣
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
⁣50g jumbo oats (these are the larger oats- can also use smaller ones)⁣
⁣300ml plant based milk (I usually use cashew or almond)⁣
⁣1 scoop of chocolate protein powder⁣
⁣3 heaped teaspoons of cacao/ cocoa powder⁣
⁣Toppings: A sprinkle of coconut flakes⁣
⁣A handful of almonds⁣
⁣Optional: fresh berries⁣
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
⁣Method⁣
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
⁣(The oats should take around 5-6 minutes to cook)⁣
⁣Heat a saucepan on a medium heat and pour your milk of choice and the oats in to the pan.⁣
⁣Stir every so often for 3-4 minutes then add the protein powder and the cacao powder.⁣
⁣Continue to stir the porridge so that you mix in the chocolate powders to the oats, snd you will notice the mix start to thicken and bubble. Be careful not to let the mixture stick to the saucepan. (You may want to add more milk depending on your desired consistency). Continuing to stir it with a wooden spoon will prevent this.⁣
⁣Pour the cooked porridge in to a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.⁣

Is there anything more cosy than a bowl of chocolate oats in the morning?!? This is giving me all the right vibes on this #FriYay morning! 😍

Leaving this super easy recipe with you 👇🏻
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
50g jumbo oats (these are the larger oats- can also use smaller ones)
300ml plant based milk (I usually use cashew or almond)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
3 heaped teaspoons of cacao/ cocoa powder
Toppings: A sprinkle of coconut flakes
A handful of almonds
Optional: fresh berries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(The oats should take around 5-6 minutes to cook)
Heat a saucepan on a medium heat and pour your milk of choice and the oats in to the pan.
Stir every so often for 3-4 minutes then add the protein powder and the cacao powder.
Continue to stir the porridge so that you mix in the chocolate powders to the oats, snd you will notice the mix start to thicken and bubble. Be careful not to let the mixture stick to the saucepan. (You may want to add more milk depending on your desired consistency). Continuing to stir it with a wooden spoon will prevent this.
Pour the cooked porridge in to a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
