2️⃣DB Flys Superset with Incline press(DB closed together)
5 sets 12-8 reps, 5 sets 10
3️⃣Hammer Chest press machine
4 sets 15-10 reps
⚠️Dropset on each set for another 10 reps. Choose a weight you’re able to control and focus on the muscle connection.
4️⃣ Cable Crossovers
4 sets 15-8 reps
⚠️Dropset each set. Change up the angle of the cable crossover (Video 4)
4 sets to failure.
⚠️Change up the grip for each set. Wide//Normal//Close
