What a pleasure it was teaching an absolutely awesome bunch of humans.⁣⁣

We crawled, sprawled, rolled, twisted and went upside down learning and broadening our movement vocabulary whilst exploring a deeper connection with what it means to be human.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Not only do we focus on training our bodies but we develop a higher level of cognitive ability, attention and problem solving skills that rewire our neurological pathways making us much more efficient at processing and learning new skills.⁣⁣

➖Station 2: Jumping Lunges (30s)
➖Station 3: Get-ups (30s)

➖ Crab Walk/Bear Crawl to each station! THREE minute rest in between sets, and completion of each station equals ONE set (Do 3-4 sets!!).

Granola de natal 🎄
500 g de sport muesli do aldi 
25 g de sultanas 
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco 
1 colher de sopa de mel 
1 colher de chá de canela 
1/2 colher de chá de erva doce 
1/2 colher de chá de gengibre em pó 
Torrar o muesli com as sultanas numa panela em lume brando, até dourar e ouvir as sementes a estalar, mexendo sempre. 
Juntar o óleo de coco, o mel e as sultanas e as especiarias, mexer mais uns minutos até estar tudo absorvido. Retirar do lume e deixar arrefecer num pirex.

One of the most important aspects of being healthy, but is often overlooked is SLEEP!! Try to reduce artificial light before going to bed, as this can play with the bodies natural ability to produce melatonin, and can actually cause the body to produce more cortisol, the bodies stress hormone. Make sure your sleep environment is quiet, dark and free of any distractions. Sleep like your getting paid for it and your body will thank you. Oh yeah and not to mention, if you are getting proper sleep your bodies hormones will self regulate and you will actually burn fat.

Another idea to increase variety of movement, direction and muscle recruitment. 
Throw a weighted ball into the wall with enough force to allow it to bounce back. @btm.ch

Do you normally move your body forward on a straight line? Try something else for a change of pace. 
This is pretty fun! Also helpful when feeling pissed off and need to let off steam. 😁
