Chocolate Almond Smoothie 
Try this delicious smoothie for breakfast tomorrow and thank me later! Even my kids love it!😁 Ingredients: 
Serves 1 or 2 People
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Ice
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1-2 Tbsp swerve or monkfruit sweetener 
1 Tbsp chia Seeds, plus more for serving
2 Tbsp hemp seeds, plus more for serving
1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract 
Pinch sea salt or pink salt

Method
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with more chia and hemp seeds.

🍃Mint Choc Chip Smoothie 🍌

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (@califiafarms) [you can use any milk you’d like]
2 cups spinach
1/8-1/4 avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop green superfood powder
1 scoop multi-collagen powder
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 banana 🍌(peeled) 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 drop DoTerra Peppermint Oil ⠀ ⠀
1 cup ice ⠀ ⠀
⠀
▶️Add all ingredients listed above into blender jar. Blend until smooth (about 50 seconds in Blendtec). If it’s too thick just add some water or milk. ⠀ ⠀
⠀
🍫 Then add 1 Tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips or cacao nibs and blend for 10 seconds or until roughly chopped.  Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀

My fave vanilla protein powder is  @ascent_protein.  High protein, no fat, low carbs, no weird ingredients, tastes great! ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻You can also add 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds which will make the smoothie thicker.  Or more avocado 🥑 or ice ❄️.⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀

👉🏻If you want a sweeter smoothie:
Add stevia or monk fruit, or add an additional 1/2 of a banana or 1 date.  Be mindful of sugar intake. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻If you want a thinner smoothie add more milk or add 1/2 cup of water 💦 or coconut 🥥 water. ⠀ ⠀

Currently my favorite pre-workout smoothie. BERRY DELICIOUS PEACHES N CREAM SMOOTHIE🤤. Makes 2 servings:

1 @siggisdairy 2% coconut yogurt (5.3 oz)
1/2 frozen sliced peach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 large handfuls of frozen spinach 
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
Small handful raw almonds
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides 
Sprinkle Himalayan salt
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
It’s so freaking delicious!! If you try it let me know what you think! 💜💜

Good morning 🌞 Heading to the gym for some cardio and weights Esthercise 🐖 with this pre workout Green Smoothie. What’s your favourite Esthercise? This smoothie was developed banana-free since some friends here on our page are allergic to bananas. Sometimes a 1/2 packet of stevia is added instead of the maple syrup. If you can have bananas, a 1/2 frozen will add more sweetness. Play around with the sweeteners that work for you. 
Blend these ingredients in a bullet style or other blender until smooth. This smoothie yields 2 cups. 
Recipe by Chef Linda | Esther’s Kitchen 
Ingredients * 2 lacinato kale leaves, stems removed * 1 cup baby spinach * 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple * 2 organic whole strawberries with leaves (The leaves are edible if the strawberries are organic. The leaves are a prebiotic.) * 1 Tablespoon chia seeds * 1 Tablespoon almond butter or other nut or seed butter * Juice of 1/2 a small lemon * 1 teaspoon maple syrup or other sweetener of choice * Dash of ground cinnamon * 1 cup (8 fl oz) cold water
