•2 EL Nüsse nach Wahl, gehackt •2 EL Backkakao

Nüsse mahlen. Dann alles miteinander vermengen und ordentlich kneten. Bällchen formen und in Kokosflocken wälzen. Yum!

✨It's been a minute since I've posted something Indian on my feed. But every time I'm in need of a little comfort, it's what I gravitate towards. A simple sabzi, dal and roti. What more do you need?⁠⠀❤️

Pictured here is the easiest Gobi Mattar sabzi, or cauliflower and peas curry.  It is simmered in a quick gravy of blended tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onion and green chilies. A few whole spices like cardamom, clove, cinnamon and peppercorn take this dish over the top.  Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or roti. Super quick, easy and flavorful. 😋⁠⠀

⁠It is seen here with ragi (millet) roti. I wish I could say I made the rotis myself, but I bought them frozen. One day I will figure out how to make ragi flour rotis soft and thin. If you have a good recipe please send it my way! ⁠⠀

Winter warming ⚠️: I will be posting a LOT of proats

This morning’s version:
• bring 1 cup water with pinch of pink Himalayan salt to a boil
• add in 1/2 cup gf rolled oats @bobsredmill and a generous amount of pumpkin spice; lower to medium-low heat
• after ~8 mins mix in chocolate @vega_team protein powder
• topped with peanut butter, chia seeds, frozen blackberries, and some more pumpkin spice

5 cups veggie stalk
1 white potato 
1 sweet potato 
2 cups of frozen veggies or
Fresh (anything you choose)
1/2 cup mix beans, dry
1/4 cup rice 
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast

First time making gnocchi 😍 Enjoy this easy 2-ingredient recipe that will have you saying goodbye to store bought gnocchi forever👋🏼 Recipe from @savorytooth

Ingredients:
* 1 cup mashed sweet potato (or regular potato)
* 1/2 cup flour

1. Boil pot of water. Peel and cut up potato. Cook until soft.
2. Drain water, transfer potato to bowl and mash until smooth.
3. Add flour and lightly kneed until flour is incorporated.
4. Take a teaspoon of mixture, roll into ball and use fork to make textured design. 
5. Bring large pot to a boil and add in the gnocchi. Let gnocchi rise to the top and cook for another minute.
6. Then add whatever sauce and seasonings you choose.

Key Lime Vegan Pie .

Delicious key lime pie! This vegan key lime pie recipe is made with avocados and will slay the dessert table- even the non-vegans in my life love this recipe! Healthy paleo and raw key lime pie recipe. .

INGREDIENTS
-
Crust
2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cups medjool dates pitted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-
Filling
2 cups pureed avocado
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup maple syrup to taste
2 tablespoons lime zest
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt .

DIRECTIONS
1. In a food processor combine ingredients for the crust until it reaches a coarse consistency that sticks together.
2. Press the crust into the bottom (and halfway up the sides) of an 8" pie pan or spring form cake pan and set aside.
3. In a food processor combine all ingredients for the filling until smooth. I make my pureed avocado by blending them in the food processor until smooth. Note: Add more or less maple syrup to sweeten to taste. Then pour filling over the crust, smooth the top with a spatula, and chill in freezer overnight or until until it reaches desired consistency- I have eaten it right away too (but it will be more mousse like at that point).

Artichoke hearts and zucchini in a coconut cream lemon sauce and fried eggplant.  I love artichoke hearts and this turned out better than expected.  I sautéed the artichoke hearts and zucchini in olive oil for about five minutes with chopped white onion, one clove of garlic and salt.  I then added juice of two limes, 1 cup coconut cream and a dash of tequila.  Simmered five minutes.  I cut eggplant, dipped them in egg and coconut Panko breading and fried them in olive oil on each side until golden brown.  My husband got chicken breast in his dish and he commented on how yummy the eggplant was. 😊 you can top it with Parmesan if you’d like for extra flavor. Artichoke hearts and zucchini in a coconut cream lemon sauce and fried eggplant. I love artichoke hearts and this turned out better than expected. I sautéed the artichoke hearts and zucchini in olive oil for about five minutes with chopped white onion, one clove of garlic and salt. I then added juice of two limes, 1 cup coconut cream and a dash of tequila. Simmered five minutes. I cut eggplant, dipped them in egg and coconut Panko breading and fried them in olive oil on each side until golden brown. My husband got chicken breast in his dish and he commented on how yummy the eggplant was. 😊 you can top it with Parmesan if you’d like for extra flavor. 🏠 ENGLISH 🏠
BASE
300g Wholemeal Flour
100g Almond Meal (you can make your own just wizzing the almonds) 
60g Brown Unrefined Sugar 
120ml Olive Oil 
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Lemon Zest 🍋 
70/80ml Water
Rest the dough for 15 minutes before rolling it, then lay the apples slices previously sprinkled with Lemon Juice, Cinnamon and any Sweetener you like (optional) 
You will need 2-3 Apples
Add Pine nuts, extra Cinnamon and Bake it 180° about 30 minutes 🏡 ITALIAN 🏡
Farina Integrale tipo 2
100g Farina di Mandorle (si possono anche tritare delle mandorle)
60g Zucchero di canna grezzo 
120ml Olio d'oliva 
Pizzico di Sale 
1 cucchiaino di Cremor Tartaro (lievito naturale per dolci) 
1/2 cucchiaino Bicarbonato 
Buccia di Limone grattugiata 
70/80ml Acqua
Impasta la base e falla riposare un quarto d'ora prima di stenderla, poi farciscila con le fette di Mela precedentemente condite con Succo di Limone, Cannella e del dolcificante naturale se vuoi
Cuoci in forno 180° per circa mezz'ora .

On the first day of school for the boys this year, I brought them a smoothie I made when I picked them up. Now, it has become our little after school tradition. If I don’t show up to the carpool line with smoothies in their special Paw Patrol cups, I am met with very sad little faces. ⁣

That being said, I am always trying to get extra veggies into my kiddos. So naturally, this smoothie had to hit the mark health-wise. I have perfected this blend to where it is full of nutrient dense fruits, veggies and superfoods but it also tastes AH-mazing. So much so that I always make extra for myself 😊⁣

This recipe is not super precise because I just throw it all in the Vitamix and don’t measure, but this is the gist of it...⁣

1 small banana⁣
