What a change from yesterday! I was looking forward to my workout today because of how I feel when I'm done. And how do I feel afterwards? Amazing!
Today was a full body workout that flew by, followed by some much needed flow and stretch. I do love a good workout, but I what I love even more is how I feel in my body. I feel stronger and surer. Even with modifying. I am able to reach for more and feel gratitude when I get it.
And workouts 69 & 70 are in the books. Halfway through Phase 4! So yeah, today was a good day. - 4 hours ago
