It’s tone up time! Made the nicest vanilla protein pancakes with my paddle whisk attachment of my Extra Chef chopper! ☀️ Blend .
* 	1 banana
* 	1 egg
* 	3/4 cup rolled oats
* 	1/2 cup of any type of milk .
* 	1 scoop (2 tbsp) protein powder .
* 	1 teaspoon cocoa powder
* 	1 teaspoon of baking powder
Cook low and slow on a skillet & wash down with a coffee (not pictured, I couldn’t wait duhhh) ☕️

Göktuğ pek sebze seven bi çocuk değil, hadi bebekken püreleri kaşık kaşık yedirirdim ama gel de şimdi istemediği birşeyi yedir bakalım.. Bir de gerçekten gurme damağı var beyfendimde.. Hal böyle olunca mutfakta yeni tariflerle 'sebzeleri nasıl gizlerim' tezimle doktoralık diplomamı da alabilirim.. 🎓
Benim gibi aynı dertten müzdarip anneler varsa bu tarif çok tuttu, pek tuttu, baya iyi tuttu👍🏻 Yani ben yesin diye ballı yoğurt da yaptım, batırıp yer fazla anlamaz yeşilini pek görmez diyordum ki şap şup birer birer yedi.. O yedi benim kollarım kabardı, o yedi ben kafamı çevirip sırıttım.. o yedi ben resmen mutluluktan havalara uçtum🛫 Yani diyeceğim şu ki yapın bu haklı gururu siz de yaşayın..

Hepsini blenderla karıştırın hafif koyu pankek hamuru kıvamında olacak, eğer sulu gibiyse biraz daha un ekleyebilirsiniz. Kızgın krep tavasında pişiriyoruz.

Before we get to the recipe, I need to tell you guys something. I recently lost over 30 pounds 💁‍♀️ I did try eat healthy and do exercise, but to be honest I also cheated quite a bit 🤫. Sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, oil-free pancakes! 🥞🥞 What’s left? Healthy, hearty and heavenly strawberry pancakes made with almondmilk.
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats 
¼ unsweetened almond milk
½ cup mashed banana
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup sliced strawberries, plus more for serving
Maple syrup, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender, add the rolled oats and blend until the oats become flour-like. Remove the oat flour from the blender and set aside.
2. Add the almond milk, bananas and apple cider vinegar to the blender, and blend until the mixture is smooth with no big lumps. 
3. Transfer the oat flour to the blender. Then add baking powder, cinnamon, strawberries and pulse a few times to combine, being careful not to over blend.
4. Heat a nonstick griddle over medium-low heat. Spray with coconut oil cooking spray or leave the pan dry.
5. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the hot griddle. Place the sliced strawberries on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until small bubbles start to form on the top and the edges firm up. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the pancake is cooked through. Repeat for the remaining batter. Makes 4 pancakes.
6. Serve immediately with fresh strawberries and maple syrup, if desired.

Well this Monday is STACKing up to be pretty damn fine ✨.

Walks + coffee + podcasts with Charlie 🐾 and home to enjoy these bad boys in the Sun ☀️. Today rocks and it’s only 8am 🤙🏻.

Banana + Oat Pancakes 🥞🍌
(1 hungry serve)
100g frozen banana
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
.
1. Blitz ☝🏻 in a blender (I used my ninja) until thick and creamy. 
2. Heat up some coconut oil or ghee in a pan over a medium heat, add 1/4 cup of the batter to the pan for each pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes until pancakes slightly puff up and you see a few bubbles. Flip until cooked through (bout :90).

I topped mine with berries, maple syrup, peanut butter and @loving_earth Choc berry paleo mix, but you do you boo 😘.

Healthy Fluffy Vegan Pancakes🥞
A simple and delicious recipe for light and fluffy vegan pancakes. Let the batter rise for at least 5 minutes. The baking powder needs a few minutes to do it’s job. Don’t turn the heat too high, medium heat will do it. Also, don’t flip them too quickly. It will take about 2-3 minutes for the bottom to cook theough. Look for the edges to be cooked, and a few bubbles to form in the batter.
INGREDIENTS🥞
1 1/2 cup plant milk (350 ml plantemelk)
2 tbsp coconut oil (2 ss kokosolje)
1 medium banana (1 banan)
1 ½ cups (200 g whole wheat flour)
2 tbsp maple syrup (2 ss lønnesirup)
1 tbsp baking powder (1 ss bakepulver)
1 tsp salt (1 ts salt)
1 tsp cinnamon (1 ts kanel)

1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients, and let rise for about five minutes.
3. Melt a tablespoon of vegan butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
4. Spoon the batter into the pan, and cook until you see the edges starting to turn golden brown (about 5 minutes or so).
5. Flip pancakes and continue to cook until done, about 3 more minutes.
6. Serve with you favorite toppings.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Add wet ingredients, and let rise for about five minutes. 3. Melt a tablespoon of vegan butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. 4. Spoon the batter into the pan, and cook until you see the edges starting to turn golden brown (about 5 minutes or so). 5. Flip pancakes and continue to cook until done, about 3 more minutes. 6. Had a chance to lie in before a long training day ahead, so I decided to make myself some yummy protein-packed pancakes before heading out. 💕

Ingredients:
🍌 1 riped banana
🥚 1 egg
🍫 1 scoop Chocolate nutritious mix
🧂 1 scoop whey protein
🥛 A dash of soy milk
.
Steps: 
1. Mash bananas, and stir in the egg
2. Add in all ingredients and mix well
3. Oil the pan with some butter and pour in desirable size
4. Voila! Serve with some honey and strawberries on the side. 🥧🍓
