It's apple season, and with so many different ways to enjoy apples, it's an exciting time of finding new recipes and enjoying them all season long. ⠀

One way I love to use apples (that you may not have ever thought of!) is sautéing them with Brussels sprouts. ⠀

Sauté your chopped Brussels sprouts and apples in avocado or coconut oil.  If you'd like to spice them up, sprinkle with cinnamon and a dash of pure maple syrup when they're nearly finished cooking.⠀

What a wonderful success Sunday's 5km Beer run was! We were so happy to see the community out at the festival. Thank you for all your support!

Kids got their face painted, minions walked around waving, parents had some drinks from our local craft breweries and runners ran their hearts out at this fun social event. Thank you so much for all your support! We are beyond happy to have hosted you at our fitness mill on such a gorgeous sunny day in support of Caledon Community Services charity!
