Too busy to eat healthy? Meal prepping is going to be a game changer for you! If you have healthy foods easily available, you're more likely to eat healthy. There are different ways to do it - you can either pick a day and spend a concentrated few hours cooking meals/prepping snacks for the week ahead. You can cook your regular meals in larger quantities so you have more for leftovers. Or you can part prep your meals by doing things like chopping your veges in advance and separating them into containers in the fridge, or cooking up bolognese sauce and freezing it to defrost and add the pasta later. .
