The past 3 1/2 weeks I decided to switch up the way I’ve been working out for the past 4-5 months and increase my focus on weight training.
In some shape or form I do end up lifting weights in the workouts and programs I do, but I wasn’t lifting heavy and cardio and HIIT would be included at least 4-5 days out of the week.
This time around I decided to switch that order and do weights 4 days a week and do cardio and yoga 1 day per week.
I’ve choosed workouts from some of my FAVORITE strength training routines in my fitness app.
My TOP programs that focus heavily on weights:
Sagi Equipment Room workouts
Each day I pick my fav routines from each of the programs I’ve done in the past and have a 4 day split (weight training) routine.
- Monday: Chest and Triceps (LIIFT4 or Bodybeast
- Tuesday: Legs (Sagi ER or Bodybeast)
- Wednesday: Shoulders & Arms (P90X)
- Thursday: Yoga
- Friday: Back and Legs (P90X or Sagi ER)
- Saturday: Cardio (Bonus from P90X3)
- Sunday: REST DAY
