Stress and a lack of sleep seems to have thrown me in a flare. I’m resting and trying to focus on nutrient density. My sweet husband made me green eggs over the rest of my beet and sweet potato fries. Grilled lemon chicken with squash and asparagus 🍗🥙🥗

Ingredients
6 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice plus the zest for the lemons
2 teaspoons oregano
4 garlic cloves pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
parsley or cilantro for serving
lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and pound chicken if some parts are too thick. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl or resealable freezer bag. Add chicken and toss well to combine. Marinate for at least 30 minute

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Place chicken on the grill for 5-7 minutes. Use tongs to flip over and cook until juices run dry, approximately 5-7 more minutes. Discard extra marinade

Remove chicken from the grill. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and vegetables, if desired

It looks like a blowfish but don’t stay away from this very nutritious fruit. 
Wash and slice in half, scoop seeds with a spoon and enjoy.

These Placemats were my part of parents ”fancy dinner accessories” they are over 40years old & made of Jute! It was quite a beautiful conversation during brunch yesterday with my little ladies. They were surprised that Grandma Linda also liked green & natural materials. I’m so happy I kept these for so many reasons.... 💞♻️🍁~

It’s a quick growing veggie and does well in colder temperatures. 🌱🌱🌱 You can start kale seeds indoors on your window with a Veg Ledge and when the seedlings grow their second leaves, transplant them in a larger pot, feed them with nutrients and add a grow light if needed. 看到我從石階上滾下去受傷時自己先哭出來的心疼幫我擦藥;
站在冷風中一起吹風頭痛等車;
看似彆扭的白癡蠢事一起去做好像也就就不會怕。

I've missed my morning papaya! After reading Anthony Williams' first book several years ago, I adopted a few morning habits that made a significant difference in my gut health. Celery juice was one, and papaya was another.⁠

Definitely the season for soup. Golden beet, butternut and sage recovery soup is what helped me along after my gum graft a couple of years ago. 😋

Delicious OMAD meal! Leftover sirloin steak with crispy fat, bacon, our #fatfedme_pâté, cod liver + oil, and two raw duck yolks! 😋 We tried a new method (for us) of cooking the bacon, we did it in the oven! We used the fold-over method, fits it on one sheet. We baked it at 350F for about 35mins. Think it could have been a little crisper, so maybe a bit longer in the oven next time. But it certainly was easier than cooking it on the stovetop. Now we will fast for about 23hrs. 👍

We used the fold-over method, fits it on one sheet. We baked it at 350F for about 35mins. Think it could have been a little crisper, so maybe a bit longer in the oven next time. But it certainly was easier than cooking it on the stovetop. Now we will fast for about 23hrs. 👍 ~

My husband got me an awesome double waffle maker for Christmas last year. I'm sad to say that with everything that's been going on this past year, we've only used it twice so far. But, I see more fun waffle recipes in my future now!

I really enjoyed making (& eating!!) these sweet potato waffles. 🥔 It was a tasty way to add a bit more nutrients to a basic waffle recipe. I'm thinking pumpkin spice sweet potato waffles might be the next way I spice this recipe up a bit next time.

These are the "other parts". The parts most households throw away. These are my favorite parts of the turkey now. Because I learned not to waste food, mostly out of respect to the animal,  I got to know, and love the other parts. Wing, neck, liver and gizzard with some duck fat and salt made this meal amazing.  My son is just as happy to have the dark meat and light meat as I am to have the other parts. None gets wasted.  Soup will be made from the remaining carcass. This turkey came from @butcher_box and I have another one in the freezer for Thanksgiving.  If you normally throw out these other parts, why not give them a try?

Weekends will never be the same again with this oat-free Paleo Breakfast Porridge! Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
2 cups raw walnuts
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 cups almond milk
⅓ cup Original Paleonola
Handful of frozen or fresh cranberries

Directions:
Using a food processor or high-speed blender, process the pumpkin seeds and walnuts until finely ground. 
In a medium bowl, add ground nuts, chia seeds, flaxseeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk. Mix together with a fork until well combined.
Pour into an airtight container such as a mason jar and let sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
When you are ready to enjoy, you can either heat it up over medium heat or enjoy cold. 
Top with Original Paleonola and a handful of fresh cranberries.
