20 min pop ride, 10 min core @onepeloton @robinnyc and full body ✅✅✅. .
I normally don’t do full body days but since I’m taking a complete rest day and one day to do yoga, I wanted to throw one into the mix! .
Workout: *minimal rest between sets*. 1. Warm up 3x10: shoulder raises, around the world, and pulses up/down. TRX: rows + bicep curls. .
Round 1: Lat pull downs, Push ups, and scapular push ups 4x10. .
Round 2: Banded side steps 4x20, DB box step ups 4x10 (each leg), and bicep curls 4x10 then drop weight and do 10 more reps. .
Round 3: hamstring curls with sliders, push ups with sliders, and leg extension machine 4x10. .
Round 4: assisted tricep dips and assisted pull ups 5xfailure . .
Round 5: barbell hip thrusts and calf raises 4x12. .
Round 6: barbell bench press, skull crushers, and reverse bicep curls 4x10. .
