1 pkt Chang's Long Life Noodles
200g edamame beans
3 green onions
1 red chilli
1/4 iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 pkt Chang's Original Fried Noodles
2 tsp Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
1. Prepare Chang's Long Life Noodles according to packet instructions. Set aside to cool. Boil edamame for 10mins and set aside to cool.
2. Combine Chang's Salad Dressing and Sesame Oil in a bowl.
3. Add noodles to a large bowl and mix in dressing.
4. To make the salad, combine noodles, beans, lettuce, carrot, onions, chilli, sesame seeds and coriander.
5. Sprinkle with Chang's Fried Noodles to serve. - 6 minutes ago
