Vegan mozzarella- 100g cashews, 125 ml almond milk (I used water to avoid so much nut intake) , 2 tbls tapioca flour, 1 tsp salt, 1tbls agar, 1 tsp nutritional yeast.
Blend all ingredients till u have a thick paste. Pour the mixture in a non stick pan and heat slowly till u have an elasticity consistency. Pull and stretch the cheese to give it more of an authentic mozzarella texture. Make them into small balls and dip in ice cold water to retain its shape. Put it in fridge or gobble it up immediately... easyyyyy
