So tonight saw another big step on my journey back to me.
Being a new Mummy for the last three months has meant I've kinda lost sight of who I used to be. Obviously, I won't be that same person again but I can reconnect with core aspects of who I once was.
Last night was living room dancing with a bit of kareoke.
Tonight was the start of my three month exercise program.
This class was cardio and lower body, squats, lunges, side kicks, and glute bridges So I may be walking funny for the next couple of days.
Happy to lose the Mum tum, but equally happy to keep the Mum boobs. 👀
Dancing and exercise were so important to me pre-pregnancy so I found it hard cutting down on both. 😢
