The good old Over Head Press

Shoulders play one of the biggest factors of one's physiques. In order to have boulder shoulders, one must have a good OHP. -
However, I see some people bending so far back that they are actually incline benching while standing (pretty impressive).

The biggest factor for this is probably the fact that the weight is simply too heavy. Another factor can be a lack of mobility. When you lack mobility in your upper back and lats, you will bend your back while pressing to compensate for the lack of mobility.

Bending your back while pressing has also found to have a smaller OHP force, which will harmful in the long run.

The hanging leg raise is a great ab exercise but are you working your abs or your ego?

Tricep pushdown is one of the exercises that I really believe that the lighter the weight, the more effective it is.

I see a lot of people putting a lot of weight for their pushdowns, but end up using their entire body to move the weight. This won’t grow your triceps. Lighten the load and feel the burn in your triceps instead.🔥🔥

Back is bending like a fishing rod when you deadlift?

One reason why this could be happening is that you may be deadlifting with the bar too far away from your shins/body. The bar should start over your mid-foot and travel vertically up along your body. -
This way you keep balance, keep the most efficient bar path and not break your back!
