Everyone has an excuse.

Iโ€™m not motivated enough. Itโ€™s called making a commitment to yourself and creating a habit.

I donโ€™t have time. You just scrolled social media for an hour. You have binge watched your favourite tv show all day.

I donโ€™t have money. How many times have you gone to Starbucks, or treated yourself this month?

Iโ€™m not ready/ itโ€™s not a good time. Is there ever a good time? Are we ever ready?

I may fail. Flip that mindset, because you may just fly.

I started my journey when I felt my worst. I didnโ€™t have money, time, or motivationI. These were my excuses to not take better care of my body.

I was in student debt with a maxed out credit card. I scrolled instagram for hours, I was so unmotivated, and I didnโ€™t believe I could do it.

It was definitely a leap of faith, but it is the best leap Iโ€™ve ever taken. Failing forward, finding an amazing community and going outside my comfort zone has been worth every single minute.

Salads aren't quite doing the job as a weekday lunch now it's colder, so I stocked up on soup. I was feeling a bit crap and tired yesterday so it had to be good old cream of chicken. 7sp for the can and 3sp for 2 slices of @ww.uk danish bread.

Not every ones results will be the same!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ If you put in half the work you are going to get half the results. Health conditions may also cause weight to shed slower. But I can tell you, if you keep focused and moving forward, put in the work and focus on cleaning up that nutrition the changes will come.

Itโ€™s also not just about the weight changes! The best changes I been through have been the ones on the inside. It has taken me years to work through mental challenges/blocks but they have made me better and helped me build that confidence I want to see my girls grown up having.

I could never fight this injury on my own. So incredibly grateful for the countless hours of driving my family does to take me to my doctor appointments. Spending three hours driving for a 30 minute appointment is definitely immense love coming from a younger sibling. The quality car time with my mom is priceless. My heart breaks for those who donโ€™t have the support to get help. For those who drive others to their appointments, THANK YOU!!! It seriously means the world to us.

I just got the pictures back from a photoshoot I did today. This picture makes me appreciate my fitness journey and how it completely changed my life. I used to be afraid to be sexy. I wasnโ€™t  confident in my own skin. But now, I accept myself and work toward a new better me!!

Day 2 of hitting that step goal! I can definitely tell that my body is not used to so much activity anymore, but Iโ€™m looking forward to getting back into daily activity! 
My reverse diet has been going well too. Iโ€™ve been consistently intaking 2000-2200 calories daily. Still no excess weight gain. It has been trending upwards a bit, but I know thatโ€™s from the reduction in activity so Iโ€™m not worried. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Going to the gym is a rite of passage for me. I cannot imagine my life now without exercise in it. I always feel better physically after a workout, and that evolves into a better mental state for me. 
My anxiety has definitely improved with time, Iโ€™m not saying that working out has completely removed my anxiety issues but it has proved to be a useful coping mechanism. โ€ข

I have had to completely shift gears this challenge.  What started as major goals in growing and getting stronger have had to change.  Worked through injury just to realize I have to completely change the way I am fueling to be able to teach classes and do my own thing at home.  All of this has been yet another learning lesson for me but I am so grateful to all the help @1stphorm provides in the app, it has truly saved me.

Plans will change and we will have to make adjustments but as long as we donโ€™t give up we will get through.โค๏ธ
