Giving my morning espresso a cozy little revamp this AM- double espresso with a foamy splash of homemade Pumpkin Spice Oatmilk, a dash of cinnamon, and all the autumn vibes. One for me, and one for you ☕☕. If you haven’t tried, oatmilk is a nut/soy-free + a nutrition-full alternative for dairy milk. It’s creamy and rich, oat-y and delightful. Bonus: it gets VERY foamy! To make:
2 cups @silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk – The Plain One
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a high-speed blender, whiz all ingredients until well combined. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, or nut milk bag (optional), then store for up to one week refrigerated in an airtight glass.
I’ve been using this recipe in homemade PSLs (2 shots of espresso + ½ cup steamed Pumpkin Spice Oatmilk), as the base for warmer smoothies (think: sweet potato, cinnamon, and coconut meat 🤤) and stirring into porridges and overnight oats. Tis the season! #ProgressIsPerfection #Ad - 24 hours ago
