To build muscle or to lose fat. Do I want to get ready for an event (insert event here). I want to be healthy . I want to look good for the gram. Etc..... People workout for many different reasons, sometimes it's hard to decide or we want success immediately. But the truth is no matter what your goal is, its take time and lots of patience and persistence. I myself has fallen victim to this. But I had to have a reality check with myself. Don't compare yourself to others, stop looking for the quick and easy success. Just continue to put in the hardwork and let the chips fall where they may. I myself along my fitness journey was able to lose about 4 inches in pants size and was able to put on a little muscle on my upper body. I'm far from a finished product but I am dedicated.
