What’s that ⓄⓃⒺ thing we all want 🅜🅞🅡🅔 of
TIME ⏰ (or is it tacos 🌮 ?! Ha ha!)
For real, we all want MORE time in our day. 24 hours just never seems like enough.
We are running to / from kids’ activities all day long 🏀 but still want to get in a workout 🏋️♀️ and make a healthy dinner 🥘 and start Christmas shopping online 🎁 and watch some reality TV 📺 and . . . and . . . and (the list goes on & on).
So what can we do to make the MOST of our time?
Follow these steps to utilize those waking hours more efficiently.
1️⃣ BRAIN DUMP - make a list 📝 put it ALL on there.
2️⃣ PRIORITIZE - figure out what is urgent - that has deadlines and must get moved to the top of the list. Or what needs to be done 1st before other things on this list (example: meal plan has to come BEFORE grocery shopping)
3️⃣ BATCH your to-dos. Pick one day for running errands, one day for laundry, one day for scheduling appointments and calling Aunt Betty, one day for meal prepping, etc.
4️⃣ Pick 3 things to get done each day. Sorry, I know you want to do ALL in one day, but that’s not realistic. Three is manageable and will keep you from feeling overwhelmed.
Pull out a piece of paper (or use the notes section of your phone 📲) and do your brain dump NOW! 👍🏼
