Does IG ever stress you out?!?
A friend made a comment about me being quiet on social. Honestly, I’ve been stressed about putting content out.
Following fitness models, fashion bloggers, and other higher up coaches I aspire to live / look like at first motivated me. It’s now stopped me. Have you felt the same? It starts to make you second guess yourself, and kinda makes you feel less than, right?
When I started coaching, I made a commitment to myself to show up real and show my flaws. Behind the pretty pictures just know it really isn’t pretty! 😂 For example, before this shot I had a mouthful of Doritos. You know the type where you dig at the bottom of the bag bc it’s just crumbs left and half fall on the floor and you gorge them into your mouth. Yup! And I’m a health and fitness coach?!? 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ The thing is there is other women out there who can relate to me. The groups my girls run that I invite you to - help with accountability especially with healthier eating - because who doesn’t struggle with that? I think we all do in someway. Nobody relates with perfect.
My mission is to embrace the hotmess and everyday flaws each of us have. I want to bring you hope and inspire you to do better. Health and fitness. Relationships. Learning about the man upstairs. Becoming a woman fresh out of her 20’s. That’s my page!
This platform can either work for you or against you. So far it’s been working for me and has allowed me a little bit of financial freedom and flexibility with the success of my coaching.
Reminder to yourself that no matter what you see nobody has it together all the time. Stop comparing your life to others and do what makes you happy! Do what works for you! It’s okay to unfollow those that make you feel less than.
