Ontbijt: 100 gr Griekse yoghurt met een eetlepel opgeklopte slagroom, notengranola, callowfit salty caramel saus en een braam, aardbei en besjes voor de kleur🍄🍁.———————————————————————-
Recept: Notengranola

100 gr walnoten
40 gr macadamia noten
40 gr hazelnoten
Dit met een staafmixer of in een blender fijn maken.

Dan doe je bij het notenmengsel:
10 gr amandelschaafsel
5 gr kokosrasp
40 gr kokosolie
30 gr roomboter
10 gr @steviala  ery-bronze 
10 gr koekkruiden
Flinke eetlepel @steviala Sweet&gold

Alles goed roeren en op bakpapier leggen en plat drukken dat het 1 grote koek wordt. Dan @callowfitbenelux Salty caramel erover en met kwastje uitsmeren. 
20 minuten bakken op 170 gr.

Well here it is: my week long update after my 48 hour fast. I had eaten like straight poo last week (teacher appreciation week, way too many keto treats, Mexican food, and a continued mindset of “well I guess I can have another because I already screwed it up or I’m moving soon so I need to eat all the food here because I’ll never have it again.”) and I ended up going from 168 pounds to 176 pounds (Sunday morning’s weigh in) in just a couple days. I get the worst gas (sorry if it’s TMI), my stomach hurts, and I feel completely sluggish.

I decided I was going to do a 48 hour fast starting after Sunday’s dinner, which was Mexican food (another bad choice), to reset my body and mind, give my body some time to heal internally, and to help with the bloating and uncomfortableness I was feeling. I weighed in Monday morning at 174.6 and I’m ending the week on 166 pounds, 8.6 pounds lower than I started the week.

The 48 hour fast helped get rid of my bloat and then I ate super clean the rest of the week and still made sure to practice intermittent fasting every day. This is what will get me the results I want; consistency. I know what works for my body and when I deviate from that, my body becomes like a toddler and throws a huge screaming tantrum on the floor and makes sure that everyone can see it.

I used to reward myself with food or eat my emotions and I let that mindset come back last week. No more. Some people can go off plan and it doesn’t really bother them, but for me, sometimes it turns into a mindset of “I can eat what I want especially since I already messed up” and I sometimes can’t get out of it. Most times I can have one off plan meal and hop back in but time I couldn’t. You have to find what works for you. Well here it is: my week long update after my 48 hour fast. I had eaten like straight poo last week (teacher appreciation week, way too many keto treats, Mexican food, and a continued mindset of “well I guess I can have another because I already screwed it up or I’m moving soon so I need to eat all the food here because I’ll never have it again.”) and I ended up going from 168 pounds to 176 pounds (Sunday morning’s weigh in) in just a couple days. .. - Mind over Matter! Back then I used to get all kinds of comments of how I was an instructor and I "looked" the way that I did. It baffled people that I was so active and still was overweight. I promised myself a few things when I decided to become a fitness instructor was to keep going no matter what, to beat the odds and break the society mold that I too could be a fitness instructor no matter the size or how I looked, that should I ever know what it tastes, looks and feels like to be a thinner version that I will always remember that woman on the left. As I reflect back to those days and compare to now... So much has changed with me but one thing that wont change is my heart and love for what I do and who I do it for. Create that mindset and keep looking up! Because looking back has nothing and looking up has everything you ever imagined. Dont give up! Fight for your health.

These Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥⁣

1 lbs Bottom round steak, thinly sliced ⁣
2 Bell peppers⁣
Bell peppers, sliced thinly⁣
Red Onion, sliced thinly ⁣
White Onion, sliced thinly⁣
Pickled Jalapeños, chopped ⁣
1/2 lbs Monterey Jack Cheese shredded ⁣
Trader Joe’s onion salt⁣
Sea salt⁣
Pepper ⁣
Directions *Pre-heat over 350 degrees *Cut Bell peppers in half and core them⁣
*Drizzle avocado oil on them *Bake 17-20 mins *Preheat a large frying pan to medium-high and add olive/avocado oil *Season steak with onion salt, pepper and sea salt. *Sear each side of steak about 1-2 mins and pull off to let rest a couple. *Cut steak into small 1/4”-3/8” square pieces *Preheat frying pan to medium and add avocado/olive oil once warm *Add thin sliced onions and Bell peppers to pan and cook while stirring often for about 10 mins⁣
*Mix Steak, cheese, bell peppers, onions and jalapeños in a bowl⁣
*Fill bell peppers *Bake 10 more minutes until Cheese is melted ⁣

This insanely creamy Spinach Lemon Cauliflower Rice Risotto is all things delicious. It’s made with sauteed cauliflower and a healthy cauliflower cream sauce (dairy-free or regular, your choice!) and has lots of fresh lemon flavor. Top with some spicy garlic prawns for a simple to make dinner everyone will love!
~
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, finely minced
36 ounce Cauliflower “Rice”
1 cup vegetable broth
5 ounces baby spinach
OPTION 1: CHEESY LEMON CREAM SAUCE
1 cup milk~1 cup white cheddar cheese ~1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese~1 teaspoon sea salt ~Juice of 1 lemon
OPTION 2: DAIRY-FREE LEMON CREAM SAUCE 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth~1 cup raw cashews or pine nuts 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast~1 teaspoon sea salt~Juice of 1 lemon
THE GARLIC CHILI PRAWNS 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter 2 garlic cloves, very finely minced 1 lb. uncooked, peeled prawns (tail on or off, your choice) 1/2 teaspoon paprika A pinch of chili flakes and sea salt
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it is transparent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cauliflower and broth and bring to a boil. Cook the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until it is soft, about 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. If you’re using the Cheesy Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the milk. Blend on high until smooth. Add the cheddar, parmesan, sea salt and lemon juice and blend again until the cheese has melted. If you’re using the Dairy-Free Lemon Cream Sauce: Remove 2 cups of the cauliflower and add it to your blender with the cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and lemon juice and blend on high until smooth. Add the spinach to the cauliflower rice and put the pan back on the heat.
