Denn das, worauf es ankommt, ist, dass ihr es nicht übertreibt. Manchmal sind wir so unfassbar gierig. Wollen mehr. Immer mehr. DIESE EINSTELLUNG ist das, was ungesund ist. Es kommt auf die Balance an. 🙏🏼 Ich habe auch ein paar Fehler gemacht, habe Low Carb gegessen. War frustriert, denn mir fehlte etwas. Ich hatte mir etwas genommen, das mir geschmeckt, mir Spaß gemacht hat. Und das sollte im Vordergrund stehen: der Spaß beim Essen.❤

In his own words:
There was this one issue of a Mens Health type of magazine that I was obsessed with when I was about 14 years old... I used to look at the torso of the guy on the front and 🙏 that one day I could look like that.
-
At that age, when I looked in the mirror all I could see was the fat wobbly bits on my body that made me feel self conscious and down about the way I looked. All that pain built up to a point where I finally got into the gym and made a change!

Those feelings I had as a fat, self conscious and depressed teenager fuelled my passion to embark on a career as a fitness professional 💪 with the mission of helping other people tackle their insecurities and build themselves back up so that felt good about themselves. -
I spent almost 12 years selling personal training as the answer and despite being good at my job.. I too struggled to reach my goals. On the left you can see the fat kid trying to escape. I had to pay a heavy price of 2 gruelling gym sessions and starving myself daily to get to a point where I could be confident enough to take my top off. As a fitness professional, the pressure is on to be a role model and that can be hard to maintain especially if genetics aren't on your side. -
On the right.. I'm fuelled with Herbalife nutrition as well as maintaining a eating routine of 3 light meals a day 😁 At the age of 32 I'm the healthiest, fittest, strongest and happiest I have ever been without having to kill myself by cutting calories and torturing myself in the gym.

Short on time? Try doing your whole workout as an EMOM (every minute on the minute). Before I flew to Abu Dhabi I had 50 minutes to train legs AND get in a quick Metcon so I turned my entire session into an EMOM which got me sweaty, working hard and kept my heart  above 130bpm as I never took longer than 60 seconds of rest. My workout: • 5 OH squats every min for 5 mins • 10 lunges every min for 5 mins
• 5 tempo back squats for 5 mins
• 8 tempo RDLs for 5 mins
• Super set hamstring curl & leg extension every 30s for 4 rounds. • 20 wall balls every min for 5 mins

Save the workout and give it a go if you’re ever short on time.

W2D2: Hit 3 squat PRs tonight. Not normally a squat day but making up Monday’s missed squats. Top paused single was supposed to be 340lb/154kg. Felt easy but I wasn’t happy with the pause length so jumped up in weight and did that with a longer pause. Skipped heavy single on deadlifts, RDLs, and Bench

1️⃣Su principal característica es su 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐨, que aumenta el rango de movimiento de los tobillos, permitiendo una postura más recta en posiciones de sentadilla.

2️⃣Otra característica es que su 𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚(se podría decir que son más unos zapatos que unas zapatillas), y su horma es ligeramente mayor, los que nos proporciona mayor estabilidad.

Si tienes una mobilidad nefasta (como yo😅) su uso es casi obligado (y también trabajar la movilidad a diario). Si sólo haces levantamientos olímpicos en algún WOD y poco más, mejor invertir el dinero en unas buenas zapatillas de crossfit 😉.
